IP telephony and call-center for the holding company ORBI Group

RCI Consulting has completed a project on the implementation of the IP-telephony system and the construction of a call-center for the Ukrainian network of offices of the holding company ORBI Group, which is the leading construction and real estate company in Georgia.
Within the framework of the project were built:
1. A central call-center in Kyiv with a single telephone number 8800 *****, which is free for all mobile and city numbers. PBX call center supports up to 200 simultaneous incoming calls.
All telephone conversations are recorded, archived and stored on an external storage. The cascaded forwarding of calls is adjusted according to the priority of operators, and during non-woRCIng hours incoming calls are redirected to the mobile phone of the regular operator. A special security system provides control over unauthorized use of the system.
2. The system of IP-telephony of representative offices of the company ORBI in the cities of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky. Due to the fact that all the offices of the company are united in a single system, the connection between them is free. The main advantages of IP telephony are flexibility, mobility, deployment speed, and high quality communications. On the basis of the installed system it is possible to organize additional services, for example, videoconferencing.
In the near future, it is planned to implement a similar project for offices of the holding company ORBI Group in Georgia.
