Project description

The purpose of the project:

Implementation of IP-telephony for communication with the main bank and other branches, integration of existing «Ukrtelecom» city numbers in IP PBX.

Decision:

A modern IP telephony system was proposed, which would allow the introduction of:

  • introduction of a new internal number plan;
  • distribution of city incoming calls by the department;
  • communication with the PBX of the main bank through the VoIP gateway;
  • customized routing of outgoing calls to branches in other cities and the main bank;
  • the possibility of using IVR, waiting in queues;
  • customer service quality control by phone;
  • phone call log analysis.

Results:

A telephone network for «Ukreximbank» was built, which significantly improved and accelerated customer service.
