Project on implementation of IP-telephony and creation of call-center for the Ukrainian network of offices ORBI Group holding, which is the leading building and property development company in Georgia.
The project consisted of:
1. Central call-center in Kyiv with telephone number 8800 *****, which is free for all mobile and fixed numbers. PBX call-center can support upto 200 incoming calls. All telephone conversations are recorded, archived and stored on an external storage. Call forwarding cascade set up according prioritized operators and after-hours incoming calls are forwarded to the mobile phone operator on duty. Installed security system controls unauthorized access to the system.
2. IP-telephony system of ORBI’s offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnitsky. All offices has been combined into unified system, that why the connection between them is free. On the base of the implemented system it’s easy to instal additional services, such as video conferencing.
Project on creation of IP surveillance system (IP CCTV) for representative offices of Georgian company ORBI Group in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnitsky). Installed system is integrated with the general security system and managed remotely from a central office in Georgia. The streaming video from each camera is displayed on-line on operator monitor. Recording and archiving of information from the IP cameras are made remotely in enterprise data warehouse.
